According to data from the National Bureau of Statistics, from January to December 2024, large-scale enterprises in the dyeing and finishing industry Printed and dyed fabric production increased by 3.28% year-on-year, with the growth rate increasing by 0.34 percentage points compared to the first three quarters. For the whole year, the total retail sales of clothing, shoes, hats, and knitted textiles by above-scale units increased by 0.3% year-on-year, and the online retail sales of clothing increased by 1.5% year-on-year, with the growth rate falling by 12.6 and 9.3 percentage points respectively compared to the previous year. Affected by the slow recovery of textile and clothing consumption, the growth rate of China's dyed fabric output showed a trend of "fluctuation and decline in the first half of the year, and gradual stabilization in the second half of the year".
