On March 8th, on the eve of International Women's Day, Zhao Pengqi, President of the Zhongshe Social Work Development Foundation, Wang Jianli, Vice Secretary-General, and two other colleagues visited Dacheng, Langfang to conduct donation and research activities. Zhang Fengming, Director of Dacheng County Civil Affairs Bureau, Yan Changhai, Deputy Section Chief, Li Xinbiao, President of Xinkang Hospital, and Xing Junhua, representative of a charitable enterprise, accompanied the research.
President Zhao Pengqi and his colleagues visited Xinkang Hospital in Da Wangcun, Liugezhuang Town, Dacheng for inspection and research. President Zhao first extended his festival greetings to the nurses and women working at the hospital. On behalf of the Rehabilitation Medicine Working Committee of the China Association of Social Work, he presented the hospital with a plaque signifying its membership and individual membership.
President Zhao Pengqi stated that in 2023, two major events occurred in China's social work and public welfare and charity fields: the establishment of the Central Social Work Department and the adoption of the revised Charity Law by the National People's Congress Standing Committee. These two events demonstrate the Party and state's emphasis on and support for social work and charitable public welfare undertakings. As a charitable organization registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Zhongshe Social Work Development Foundation will support the development of social work under the leadership of the Party and government, using charitable means to do good deeds for society and the people. President Zhao expressed his affirmation of the hospital's scale and strength. He made demands on the medical staff from the perspectives of promoting a better life, promoting social employment, promoting social stability, and contributing love. He hoped that the hospital would develop in an orderly manner, actively explore new avenues, absorb more professional and social personnel to achieve employment, pay attention to the health of the elderly, and explore innovative development paths for the integration of urban and rural primary medical care and health care, thus promoting social harmony and stability in the local area.
At the donation ceremony, Vice Secretary-General Wang Jianli introduced the "Clothing Warmth, Love Deep" public welfare project jointly undertaken by the Zhongshe Social Work Development Foundation and Xinkang Hospital in Dacheng. Against the backdrop of the booming development of public welfare and charitable undertakings in China, the Zhongshe Social Work Development Foundation, together with Tongzhou International Trade Co., Ltd., launched the "Clothing Warmth, Love Deep" public welfare project with Xinkang Hospital in Dacheng. Before Nurses' Day in 2024, they donated nearly 110,000 yuan worth of new clothing to Xinkang Hospital in Dacheng, Langfang, Hebei. This donation is intended to assist patients in the hospital and needy groups in surrounding rural areas, reduce the burden on impoverished families, improve their living standards, and enhance their quality of life.
Zhang Fengming, Director of Dacheng County Civil Affairs Bureau, expressed gratitude on behalf of the bureau for the donation from the Zhongshe Social Work Development Foundation and Tongzhou International Trade Co., Ltd. He requested that relevant parties, in accordance with the requirements of the Zhongshe Foundation's "Clothing Warmth, Love Deep" public welfare project, deliver these donated materials to the most urgently needed patients and needy groups, maximizing the use of the donated materials. Director Zhang also stated that they would strengthen ties and cooperation with the Zhongshe Foundation, strive to launch more public welfare projects, promote the development of public welfare and charitable undertakings in Dacheng County, and contribute to improving the living standards of the local people.
Afterwards, President Zhao and his colleagues visited the Nan Cui Zhuangzi Civil Affairs Service Center and the Bendemei Elderly Care and Rehabilitation Center in Dacheng County, visited the elderly residents, and engaged in cordial conversations with them. President Zhao urged the nursing home staff to provide high-quality services to the elderly residents, taking care of their daily lives; to pay attention to the mental health of the elderly residents, introduce social work concepts, and improve their quality of life; and to focus on safety production to ensure the safety of the elderly residents' lives and property. President Zhao stated that elderly care-related public welfare projects are a key area of the foundation's public welfare projects. In the future, they will continue to pay attention to the development of elderly care and social work in Dacheng County, actively seek opportunities for cooperation, and support and promote the high-quality development of elderly care services in Dacheng County, so that all elderly people can enjoy a happy and fulfilling old age.

In 2024, China's dyeing industry saw rapid export growth to ASEAN and RCEP member countries, exceeding the overall export growth rate. However, this growth was accompanied by a decline in prices. From January to December, China's exports of eight major dyeing products to ASEAN totaled 7.908 billion meters, a year-on-year increase of 12.14%, 4.61 percentage points higher than the overall export growth rate, accounting for 23.58% of total exports. The average export price was US\$1.19 per meter, a year-on-year decrease of 2.75%, 0.64 percentage points lower than the overall decline. Exports to RCEP member countries totaled 8.431 billion meters, a year-on-year increase of 11.35%, 3.82 percentage points higher than the overall export growth rate. The average export price was US\$1.17 per meter, a year-on-year decrease of 2.79%, 0.60 percentage points lower than the overall decline.
