On November 16th, our company successfully held a speech contest themed "How to Become an Excellent Salesperson" in the group's large conference room. Sales company general manager, Li Tao, hosted the event, and all headquarters employees participated and listened to the presentations.
　　First, members of the sales team took the stage one by one to give speeches. Combining their own practical sales experience, they shared their experiences and insights from their sales careers, deeply analyzing their own strengths and weaknesses against the standards of excellent salespeople and outlining their future efforts. The entire speech process was exciting and diverse in style; some were impassioned, some poetic, some humorous, and some unadorned.
　　Following this, President Huang Hongyu summarized and commented, combining the commonalities and individual characteristics of different salespeople. She detailed how "passion, persistence, execution, professional ability, and loyalty" are essential qualities of excellent salespeople, and highly affirmed the important role the sales team plays in the company's business strategy.
　　Finally, Chairman Wei Gangmin delivered an important speech, praising the wonderful performances of each salesperson during the presentations and expressing his satisfaction with the sales team's strong fighting capacity. He encouraged the sales team and other departments to learn from both internal and external excellent teams, to establish standards for excellent executors and managers, and to use these standards as a mirror to identify shortcomings, improve abilities, and strengthen qualities. He emphasized that the continuous improvement of each individual and the positive atmosphere of learning from and surpassing each other will promote the continuous excellence of the entire team.

In 2024, China's dyeing industry saw rapid export growth to ASEAN and RCEP member countries, exceeding the overall export growth rate. However, this growth was accompanied by a decline in prices. From January to December, China's exports of eight major dyeing products to ASEAN totaled 7.908 billion meters, a year-on-year increase of 12.14%, 4.61 percentage points higher than the overall export growth rate, accounting for 23.58% of total exports. The average export price was US\$1.19 per meter, a year-on-year decrease of 2.75%, 0.64 percentage points lower than the overall decline. Exports to RCEP member countries totaled 8.431 billion meters, a year-on-year increase of 11.35%, 3.82 percentage points higher than the overall export growth rate. The average export price was US\$1.17 per meter, a year-on-year decrease of 2.79%, 0.60 percentage points lower than the overall decline.
