Setting sail, facing the wind and rain together - Tongzhou Cotton's 2021 new employee training comes to a successful conclusion
As the systematic training for new employees in 2021 neared its end, Mr. Li Tao, the company's vice president, personally delivered the final lecture on June 1st and 2nd: "Sales Skills and Case Analysis." Instead of grand theories, Mr. Li combined the company's business model and practical cases, using simple and plain language to teach the trainees how to become sales elites. From professional identity to gratitude; from self-presentation to honesty; from continuous learning to healthy competition... Establishing good professional habits, having goals, plans, execution, and summaries, utilizing the platform's momentum, and contributing within the team will ultimately lead to becoming a professional, efficient, and positive business backbone!
After the course, to test the training effectiveness and consolidate learning outcomes, 6 month 9 On the day, all trainees participated in the final examination and satisfaction survey of this training. Some trainees joked, "It felt like we were back in school taking exams." Actually, the score isn't the purpose of the assessment; encouraging everyone to develop the habit of continuous learning and maintain high spirits is the desired outcome.
On June 15th, the ten-week systematic training for new employees officially concluded. Ms. Huang Hongyu, President of our company, Mr. Zhao Hongmin, Vice President, and Mr. Li Tao, Vice President, attended and served as guests at the ceremony, with 18 trainees participating in the graduation ceremony.
At the beginning of the meeting, Jia Jia from the General Office summarized the training process and results from the perspective of the training organizer and coordinator. The training lasted 10 weeks, bringing together 16 elite instructors, teaching 6 series of 20 modules of courses, combining theory and practice, 18 trainees gained a lot, and all successfully passed the final examination and carefully recorded their insights. According to the results of the "New Employee Onboarding Training Satisfaction Assessment," most trainees expressed their approval of the comprehensive, systematic, and rich nature of the training, and fully felt the company's importance and attention to newcomers. This kind intention will encourage them to forge ahead.
As the person in charge and chief commander of this training, Mr. Li Tao, the company's vice president, evaluated the training and made several requests to the new colleagues. This training was arguably the longest, most comprehensive, and most concentrated use of elite instructors in the company's history, undoubtedly leaving a strong mark on the company's talent cultivation. After the training, the newcomers are about to officially enter the competition. How to become a qualified "soldier," Mr. Li put forward four requirements: First, strictly abide by the company's various rules and regulations, understand and practice the Tongzhou culture—knowing gratitude, being brave to explore, continuously learning, and cooperating with each other; second, quickly enter and adapt to the role, and quickly adjust the "newcomer" mindset; third, practice strict business behavioral norms; fourth, never forget the original intention, and see things through to the end. Now, you will be proud of choosing the Tongzhou platform; in the future, Tongzhou needs you to help it reach even greater heights!
Vice President Zhao Hongmin earnestly reminded the trainees: Training is the end point, but also the starting point. Recalling when everyone first joined the company, most people just wanted to find a job and earn an income, but how to achieve breakthrough growth on the basis of stable income depends on the degree of personal value creation. The completion of the training is a phased end point of systematic learning, but also the starting point for entering the industry. As the saying goes, "The master leads the door, but the practice is up to the individual." We hope that the newcomers will maintain a learning attitude, quickly adapt to the work, achieve results as soon as possible, and truly achieve mutual growth between individuals and the company.
The trainees also shared their experiences and insights from the training. Hai Xian and Li Chenhui from the sales company had the same feeling about the breadth and systematicity of the training: After comprehensively learning about various systems, business processes, and basic knowledge, they have a clearer understanding of their future development direction and in-depth path; Guo Xianchao from the procurement company believes that the business knowledge learned in the training can be applied to work in a timely manner, playing an important role in his business system development; Zhang Shanshan from the cotton yarn trading department frankly stated: Through the training, she discovered that everyone's learning efficiency is different, and it is necessary to compare more with herself yesterday, clarify goals, be proactive and brave, and talk less and do more.
Finally, President Huang Hongyu emphasized the strategic significance of "talent" and put forward several suggestions for everyone's future development. For the company to develop, people are the core, which is also the reason why the company attaches great importance to and vigorously promotes this training: to resolve the contradiction regarding talent. What is talent? Both moral and competent, with morality first. Morality is the key to determining how far and how high one can go in the future; next is professional skills. Become an expert in the cotton industry, with a broad perspective and a high vantage point. Training is just the beginning; more importantly, it advocates the concept of continuous learning. How to become talented? President Huang gave three suggestions: Firstly, have lofty aspirations. If you plan in advance, you will succeed; if you don't plan, you will fail. Therefore, first establish your aspirations and set goals; secondly, implement actions. Good ideas need to be implemented. You need to have strong execution ability and also pay attention to methods and approaches—plan first, learn well, summarize more, and dare to take the lead; thirdly, share a common destiny. Connect your personal vision and destiny with the company, discover more commonalities between the two, and move forward with a sense of responsibility and mission to achieve self-development and contribute to Tongzhou's great cause!
The end of the training is the starting point for entering the cotton industry, the starting point for embarking on a career path, and the starting point for connecting with the company's destiny. As Chairman Wei Gangmin has repeatedly emphasized: "Employees are the company's most valuable asset and the cornerstone of the company's development." Today, we rely on Tongzhou for solid backing and are ready to go; tomorrow, Tongzhou will rely on us to enter a new era and achieve greater success! Let's overcome all difficulties together, today we are Tongzhou's people; with vast horizons stretching for thousands of miles, the youth of Tongzhou are full of vigor!
