Tongzhou Group's 2020 Year-End Summary and Advanced Commendation "Cloud" Conference Successfully Held
On January 23, 2021, Tongzhou Cotton Group's 2020 Annual Summary and Advanced Commendation "Cloud" Conference was successfully held in the company's multi-functional hall. During the extraordinary period of comprehensive prevention and control of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, our company responded to the call of the Party and the government, and the conference was held in the form of a "cloud conference" for the first time. The leaders attending the conference included Chairman Wei Gangmin, President Huang Hongyu, Vice President Zhao Hongmin, and Vice President Li Tao presided over the conference. 
The meeting first listened to the annual work reports of the heads of various departments and directly affiliated enterprises. Subsequently, employees and teams with outstanding work performance in 2020 were given grand commendations. Vice President Zhao Hongmin read out the results of the 2020 "Creating Excellence" selection, and the group leaders presented awards one by one to encourage them. Representatives of advanced workers and advanced collectives delivered acceptance speeches. 
Secondly, President Huang Hongyu delivered a work report on behalf of the company's leadership team. President Huang summarized in detail the achievements and highlights of various departments and teams of our company in 2020, profoundly pointed out two major problems currently existing in the company, and made targeted and operable plans and deployments for the group's work in 2021. 
Finally, Chairman Wei Gangmin delivered an important speech. Chairman Wei first expressed his gratitude for the hard work of every member of the Tongzhou family. Further elaborating on the harmonious coexistence of "people, finances, and materials" and the concept of optimized resource allocation, he pointed out the shortcomings in the company's current talent echelon construction and the limitations of the development business model. He emphasized that the company should provide more diversified value-added services to customers, create a broader development platform for employees, and create greater value for society. The cornerstone of "Centennial Tongzhou" is all employees. On the journey to fulfill our dreams, I hope that every member of Tongzhou will work together, help each other, and reap achievements and happiness together!

Tongzhou Cotton Market Brief, Week 1 of March 2025
1) This week's National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (NPC & CPPCC) in China boosted market expectations for steady growth. In February, the Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) for manufacturing stood at 50.2%, up 1.1 percentage points from the previous month, indicating a significant improvement in the manufacturing sector.
In 2024, China's dyeing industry saw rapid export growth to ASEAN and RCEP member countries, exceeding the overall export growth rate. However, this growth was accompanied by a decline in prices. From January to December, China's exports of eight major dyeing products to ASEAN totaled 7.908 billion meters, a year-on-year increase of 12.14%, 4.61 percentage points higher than the overall export growth rate, accounting for 23.58% of total exports. The average export price was US\$1.19 per meter, a year-on-year decrease of 2.75%, 0.64 percentage points lower than the overall decline. Exports to RCEP member countries totaled 8.431 billion meters, a year-on-year increase of 11.35%, 3.82 percentage points higher than the overall export growth rate. The average export price was US\$1.17 per meter, a year-on-year decrease of 2.79%, 0.60 percentage points lower than the overall decline.
